How do you convince attorneys to buy more software? Ask any attorney what they need, and most of them will say "Forget more software, I'd rather have another set of hands around here." We branded PCLaw, a software program from LexisNexis, as a person, who loves doing mundane admin work, and is desperately trying to get a job at a law firm. I was the writer and creative director.
