Maggi Bridal is a bridal boutique with locations in Raleigh and Asheville, NC. They wanted their site to look beautiful, and also make it easy for brides to make appointments online. Their existing process involved calling the store, with lots of no-shows. Their new online reservation takes a $25 refundable credit card deposit, and integrates with their existing retail POS, so there's no need to track two different systems.
